My Approach
Every family is different. I believe mediation should be respectful, organized and focused on solutions.
During mediation, each participant has the opportunity to be heard. I encourage productive dialogue, help identify the issues that need to be resolved, and assist the parties in evaluating options that are realistic, practical, and in the best interests of their family.
My goal is to create an environment where difficult conversations become productive ones.
